ocd?

i think i might have an acute case of OCD.
i have noticed something that i do without really thinking about, but if i try to stop i find myself doing it again in a few minutes.

i do this thing were if something is behind me, instead of just turning my body half way, i turn all the way around, then turn again making a 360.

i notice this alot at work. i work in a warehouse and am constantly picking up boxes from all directions.
one day i noticed that i was feeling really dizzy.
i wondered why?
i started to notice my spinning thing that i do.
i tried to stop, but after awhile i went back to spinning.

yesterday i caught myself spinning again, and thought, hmm...  OCD?

i saw this guy on a tv series about people with OCD, and one of the things he did was spin 360* everytime he walked through a door way.

hmm...  maybe similar.

well guess that's it for today, it was thundering outside which woke me up and led me to the bathroom to try and digest my previous meals, which led me to writing on here.

well nothing much, just posting a post.

i'm currenlty waiting for my wife to get ready so we can go to the post office.
was thininkg of facebooking or playing a game to pass the time, but I dont know how much time I have.
i probably dont even have time to spell check so this post may be full of errors.
I should also probably put on my socks, deoderant and find my wallet and keys before she is ready.
lest I be starred at with glaring eyes.

To the fan and loan people,

I realize I have not been posting post as often as I used to, I will try harder.
but not to hard, I want to keep this enjoyable.

maybe some background info in case I get more popular

I originally started this blog for two main reasons;
1. the xanga fad kinda died out, and I wanted a place to write down and dump things on my mind.
2. to get better at writing.

I feel i have been successful in both areas, woot!

hmm, maybe I should make an about me page.
