only a week more of overworking then.... school :(
this song is from my favorite famale fronted band: The Cardigans.
This is where your sanity gives in
And love begins.
Never lose your grip,
Don't trip, don't fall,
You'll lose it all.
The sweetest way to die.
It lies deep inside;
You can not hide,
It's the meanest fire.
Oh, it's a strange desire,
You can not lie
That's a needless fight.
This is where your sanity gives in
And love begins.
Never lose your grip,
Don't trip, don't fall,
You'll lose it all.
The sweetest way to die.
When your blood runs dry
You're paralyzed.
It will eat your mind.
Did you hold it back?
It comes to you in slow attacks;
It's the meanest fire.
This where your sanity gives in
And love begins;
Never lose your grip,
Don't trip, don't fall
You'll lose it all.
This is where your sanity gives in
And love begins
Never lose your grip,
Don't trip, don't fall.
You'll lose it all.
This is where your sanity gives in
And love begins
Never lose your grip,
Don't trip, don't fall
You'll lose it all;
The sweetest way to die.
Paralyzed - The Cardigans
i have one song by them i think. live and learn? i dont know.
ReplyDeletewow, I actually never heard that song until just now. it's such a sad song... but like the music' all happy. kinda like how we lie to ourselves or put up a fake front when we're dying inside.
ReplyDeleteanyway.
while I was listening to it I almost started crying. ...almost.
cool,I found another cardigans album to get.
yeah, i was kind of surprised when you said they were one of your favorites because that song sounds all happy..
ReplyDeletebut you're right, its not.
it reminds me of like the opposite of this but, if you've heard the song swing life away by rise against, it doesnt sound anything like their normal songs and jin even didnt believe it was them until he looked on youtube for live videos where that song and another one where played at the same concert haha.
its a good song though if you havent heard it, i like it alot.
yeah most of the cardigans well known songs are more happy/popish. But my favorite album of theirs is Gran Turismo. Thats where this song was from. That album is more of the darker, deeper, parts of life . hmm I'll look it up I have one album by rise against (the sufferer and the witness) their, pretty good, good sound, good vocals good lyrics.
